102nd Rose Bowl Game

The 102nd Rose Bowl Game will be the traditional Big10, PAC12 match-up and will be held on January 1, 2016 at the Rose Bowl Stadium. 

Schedule of Events:

  • 4 a.m.      Parking Lots Open
  • 7 a.m.      Merchandise Booths Open
  • 8 a.m.      Public Tailgate Opens in Area H
  • 10 a.m.    Ticketmaster Will Call Opens (Gate B)
  • 10 a.m.    Shuttle from Parsons Begins
  • 12 p.m.    University Will Call Opens (Gate A)
  • 12 p.m.    Gates Open
  • 1 p.m.      Public Tailgate Closes
  • 1:30 p.m. Game Time

Ticketing

Official Rose Bowl Game Travel and Ticket Packages are available online through PrimeSport.

Ticketmaster Public Pre-Sale – A limited number of tickets will be available to the general public, by either calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 or visiting www.ticketmaster.com. A maximum of four tickets per person will be available during the pre-sale. Individual ticket prices start at $150 plus Ticketmaster handling fees.  

Pasadena Residents - A limited number of tickets will be available to Pasadena residents age 18+ (only with valid CA license or CA ID card with a Pasadena address will be accepted as proof of residency) on TBD at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium Box Office. Line-ups will not be allowed prior to 7 a.m. that day. Individual ticket prices are $150 plus a $10 box office handling fee. Maximum of two per person; single tickets are available.

All persons attending the Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual must have a full-priced reserved ticket for admission. Lap passes are not issued for children.

Will Call Booths

Tickets purchased through the participating universities can be picked up on game day at the Will Call Booth outside of Gate A starting at noon. Tickets purchased through other authorized distributors can be picked up on game day starting at 10 AM at the Will Call Booth outside of Gate B. Picture identification will be required.

Accessible Seating / Information

Disabled Guest Seating

Disabled guest seating is available through any of the authorized ticket distributors of the 102nd Rose Bowl Game. Disabled guests should request seating in the disabled patron seating area when purchasing their tickets. Up to three (3) companion tickets may be purchased. They will be assigned to the closest available seat next to the accessible seat. Guests with disabilities who are purchasing tickets through one of the participating institutions should request seating in the disabled patron seating area prior to game day to ensure that seating is available in the area adjacent to the participating institution's seats.

Remaining seats for disabled guests may be exchanged on game day inside the stadium at the customer service booth located near Tunnel 28 or outside the stadium at the ticket booth near Gate B. Disabled guest seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking

Parking for disabled guests is on a first-come, first-served basis in lots adjacent to the stadium (Lots F, B and D). All vehicles entering these parking lots must display a valid handicap placard and be prepared to present identification upon entry. Disabled guest parking opens at 4 a.m. and is $40 per car. Once designated spaces are filled, guests may be directed to alternate parking, which may be on the golf course.

Paratransit Vehicle Drop-Off Area

Disabled guest drop-off is available at Parsons parking lot free of charge. Guests will then board the shuttle bus that will take them directly to the stadium. Disabled guest parking at Parsons is $40 per car. Shuttle buses are handicap accessible.

Stadium Gate Entry

Guests who are disabled may enter through any of the eight (8) stadium entry gates.

Assistive Listening & Closed Captioning Devices

Assistive listening and closed captioning devices are available upon request. Please visit the Rose Bowl Stadium Administrative Office between Tunnel 28 and 1 for additional information.

Parking

Arrive Early! Fans driving to the stadium on game day can expect significant delays and long walks. To avoid Rose Parade traffic congestion, please arrive before 10 a.m.

General Parking

Parking is $40 per car at the Rose Bowl Stadium. Parking lots open at 4 a.m. There is no reserved parking and cars may be stack-parked in rows of five (5) on a first-come, first-served basis. In-and-out privileges are prohibited in all parking areas.

Parsons (off-site)

There is a $40 parking charge per car at Parsons on game day. Reserved parking can be purchased in advance by visiting rosebowl.lazparking.com. Bus parking and RV parking are available for one, two or three night stays. Call LAZ Parking at 626.578.1705 for further details.

Motorhome Parking

Game day motorhome parking opens at 4 AM on January 1 and costs $200. Overnight motorhome parking will be available beginning at noon on December 28 and closing at noon on January 2. Rates are based on date of arrival and are as follows:

  • December 28 - $600
  • December 29 - $500
  • December 30 - $400
  • December 31 - $300
  • January 1 - $200

There is a one-time charge of $40 for tow vehicles. Motorhome parking is not available for purchase in advance.

Bus & Limo Parking

Parking passes may be pre-purchased at a cost of $200 for limousines (or any commercial vehicle under 23' long) and $300 for buses (or any commercial vehicle over 23' long). Public Transportation / Shuttle

DROP-OFF / TAXI ZONE / RIDESHARE

All drop-offs and pick-ups including taxi and rideshare drop off services are allowed at the Rose Bowl Stadium via the below directions. Drop off is located in the Brookside Golf Course in Lot 8A, off of Washington Blvd. 

DIRECTIONS

Exit the 210 Freeway at Berkshire Pl. and go west to Berkshire Rd. Take Berkshire Rd. south to Highland Dr. Continue south on Highland Dr. to Linda Vista Ave. Go south on Linda Vista Ave. to Lida St. Continue east on Lida St. to Park View Rd. and go north to Washington Bl. Go east on Washington Bl. to Lot 8A. As you enter the parking lot you will be directed by venue staff.

ROSE BOWL GAME PRESENTED BY NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL SHUTTLE & PARSONS PARKING LOT

On January 1, free shuttle buses are available at Parsons parking lot located at the corner of Union Street and De Lacey Avenue in Pasadena. The shuttle runs continuously from 10 a.m. until approximately two hours after the end of the game.

There is a $40 parking charge per car at Parsons on game day. Reserved parking can be purchased in advance by visiting rosebowl.lazparking.com.  Overnight parking is also available. Bus parking is available for $200 and RV parking is available for $250, $350 and $450 for one, two or three night stays, respectively. Call LAZ Parking at 626.578.1705 for further details.

Between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., there will be heavy traffic exiting Pasadena from Parsons and the adjacent Old Pasadena parking lots due to the Rose Parade. It is advisable to arrive into Pasadena to park at Parsons before 10 a.m. or after 11:30 a.m. to avoid congestion.

GOLD LINE LIGHT RAIL SERVICE

The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) operates a light rail service to Pasadena via the Metro Gold Line.

If you would like to take the Metro Gold Line to the game, exit the train at Memorial Park Station in Pasadena. Follow the signs for two blocks to the Playoff Semifinal at the Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual Shuttle pick-up location at Parsons. This shuttle will take you directly to the Rose Bowl Stadium. After the game, simply reverse your route.

  • Proceed to parking lots as directed

To Rose Bowl Stadium - From the South

Downtown Los Angeles:

  • Take the 110 North and merge onto the 5 North
  • Merge onto the 2 North, then the 210 East
  • Exit Berkshire Avenue, Arroyo Boulevard/Windsor Avenue, Lincoln Avenue/Washington Boulevard or Mountain Street/Seco Street
  • Proceed to parking lots as directed

To Rose Bowl Stadium - From the North

North San Fernando and Santa Clarita:

  • Take the 210 East
  • Exit Exit Berkshire Avenue, Arroyo Boulevard/Windsor Avenue, Lincoln Avenue/Washington Boulevard or Mountain Street/Seco Street
  • Proceed to the parking lots as directed

To Rose Bowl Stadium - From the East

San Gabriel Valley / Inland Empire:

  • Take the 210 West
  • Stay right towards San Fernando 
  • Exit Seco Street/Mountain Street, Lincoln Avenue, Arroyo Boulevard/Windsor Avenue or Berkshire Avenue
  • Proceed to the parking lots as directed

To Parsons (Parking and Shuttle) - From the West

San Fernando Valley:

  • Take the 134 East to the 210 East and exit Lake Avenue
  • Right on Lake Avenue
  • Right on Union Street, cross over Fair Oaks Avenue to De Lacey Avenue into Parsons

To Parsons (Parking and Shuttle) - From the South

Downtown Los Angeles:

  • Take the 110 North
  • Proceed north on Arroyo Parkway to Union Street
  • Left on Union Street, cross over Fair Oaks Avenue to De Lacey Avenue into Parsons

To Parsons (Parking and Shuttle) - From the North

North San Fernando and Santa Clarita:

  • Take the 210 East and exit Colorado Boulevard
  • Right at the stop sign
  • Left on Walnut Street
  • Right on Fair Oaks Avenue
  • Proceed into Parsons as directed

To Parsons (Parking and Shuttle) - From the East

  • Take the 210 West and exit Lake Avenue
  • Left on Lake Avenue
